  1. I have never heard of Janet and Jane before and now must see if I can find copies here. I do have several old Dick and Jane books [that I remember learning to read with] that I've been saving for the wee one.
    Your cardigan is just beautiful Suzy, I love the pattern and the yarn.

  2. Gorgeous cardigan! I only know the Janet & John books by reputation, but it's definitely the case that many older things were really good and I can't understand why they've been put aside to be replaced by rubbishy but more modern things. How lovely to see your children discovering reading.
