I've not read anything by Alison Uttley. A little known fact about me ... next to poetry books, I love children's books the most. One look at the cover illustration and the one photo of the rabbit and I was reminded of Ms. Potter. I wonder where else one might find Margaret Tempest's work.
The lace patterned shawl will be beautiful ... what great beginnings.
I treasure each and every one of your comments. Your kind words never fail to bring a smile to my face:) At the moment I am going through a busy season of life with 5 girls under my wing! I may not always be able to respond immediately but please know that every word left here is read and appreciated deeply. xx

The hat is beautiful and so is Nola the model! The crocheted shawl looks so lacy and intricate.
