{Soulfood Friday}

We walked along the lane and every leaf and branch sparkled in the low light.

Warming Chicken Broth on a chilly day.

Long, lingering conversations and the odd bit of bird spotting with my favourite mini Ornithologist.

First flecks of snow freckle the grass.

And am i the only one who would love to live a little more like this.
...and this.

Happy Friday everyone. xx

Every Friday I'll be pausing to notice something from the week that has nourished my soul.

A special, sacred-everyday moment captured on camera, or perhaps a snippet from a book, a recipe still warm from the kitchen or something whimsical that simply made me smile.
Here are a few simple things that have fed my soul this week.

What has inspired/fed/nourished your soul this week friends?
Feel free to link up to your own soulful spaces either at the bottom of this post or in the comments.

  1. Speaking photos...
    Have a quiet blessed weekend

  2. Beautiful! Have a lovely weekend!

  3. Such beautiful, thoughtful photos. Have a wonderful weekend.

  4. Your photos are lovely. I have a small ornithologist here too, he spends hours watching the birds from his bedroom window.

  5. Frost and snow and more to come - much better than the rain and mud. Have a lovely soulful weekend.

  6. Oh it was lovely to see even the tiniest bit of snow wasn't it! I'm not sure about living off grid, I think there are a few perks of the grid that I rather like but the idea of living somewhere more remote is very appealing!!

I treasure each and every one of your comments.
Your kind words never fail to bring a smile to my face:)
At the moment I am going through a busy season of life with 5 girls under my wing! I may not always be able to respond immediately but please know that every word left here is read and appreciated deeply.
